Can I purchase multiple Play Cards?
A: Yes! If you would like to redeem the cards separately, you will need to make separate transactions. Each transaction will produce ONE QR code for redemption, regardless of the quantity of cards purchased.

How will I receive my Play Card?
A: When you make a web sale purchase, you’ll receive an email with your confirmation code and QR code to redeem in-center.
***To ensure delivery of your confirmation email, we recommend adding notification@intercardinc.com to your contact list.

How do I redeem my online purchase?
A: It’s easy! When you purchase a Spare Time gift card online, you will receive an email receipt. Open or print the attached document and bring it to the front desk at the Spare Time location indicated on your receipt. Our Guest Service teammates will scan the QR code on your printed receipt or from your phone and load up your Play Card for you!

Can I use my Play Card at any location?
A: Your online Game Card purchase must be redeemed at the location selected when purchasing. Once you have redeemed your voucher, the card can be used at almost any Spare Time Family Entertainment Center (Excluding: Hixson, TN and Northampton, MA)

What can I use my Play Card for?
A: Promotional cards can be used on all Game Zone games and Laser Tag missions.

Can I re-load or add funds to my Spare Time Play Card?
A: Yes! We encourage you to keep your card, re-load it, and save points on it! You can register your card with our Front Desk or Game Zone teammates in case it is ever misplaced.

Will my Play Card expire?
A: Promotional game cards do have expiration dates – the value will expire on the date listed above.

I lost my Spare Time Gift Card, or it was stolen. Can you cancel or replace the card?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace funds from a lost or stolen card, so we suggest that you treat it like cash.
When you purchase a game card, you have the option to register the card with your name and information. If a registered card is lost or stolen, we may be able to retrieve and transfer remaining funds, but it cannot be guaranteed.
