How do I redeem an e-Game Card?
A: It’s easy! When you purchase a Spare Time Game Card online, you will receive an email receipt. Open or print the attached document and bring it to the front desk at the Spare Time location indicated on your receipt. Our Guest Service teammates will scan the QR code on your printed receipt or from your phone and load up your Game Card for you!
Can I use my e-Game Card at any location?
A: Your online Game Card must be redeemed at the location selected when purchasing. Once you have redeemed your voucher, the card can be used at almost any Spare Time Family Entertainment Center (Excluding: Hixson, TN; Latham, NY; Northampton, MA; and East Longmeadow; MA)
Can I purchase multiple Game Cards?
A: Each purchase will generate one confirmation code. To give multiple Game Cards, please make separate purchases.
Can I check my Game Card balance?
A: To check the balance on your Game Card from home, scan the QR code on the back of the card with the camera on your Smartphone or tablet. If you don’t have a device that can scan QR codes, your local center can check the balance for you using the 16-digit code on the back of your card.
What can I use my Game Card towards?
A: The Bonus cash is redeemable in the game room and laser tag only.
Can I re-load or add funds to my Spare Time Game Card?
A: Yes! We encourage you to keep your card, re-load it, and save points on it! You can register your card with our Front Desk or Game Zone teammates in case it is ever misplaced.
I lost my Spare Time Game Card, or it was stolen. Can you cancel or replace the card?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace funds from a lost or stolen card, so we suggest that you treat it like cash. When you purchase or redeem a card, you have the option to register the card with your name and information. If a registered card is lost or stolen, we may be able to retrieve and transfer remaining funds, but it cannot be guaranteed.
